High thermal conductivity silicone pad is a high thermal conductivity material. The raw materials are made of Japanese electrochemical high thermal conductivity spherical alumina powder and Dow Corning polymer. It is a cost-effective thermal gap filler material. The natural micro-stickiness and softness of the surface can fill the air gap well and transfer heat between the heat source and the heat sink, thereby improving heat dissipation and increasing the heating efficiency and service life of electronic components.
